China Cosmetics Import

In China, cosmetics must be registered with State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) before entering into the market. For general-used cosmetics, company should obtain the "RECORDED CERTIFICATE". For Quasi-drug cosmetics, "HYGIENE PERMIT" must be obtained. In the meanwhile, all cosmetics should have their labels in compliance with all the China cosmetic labeling standards.
